Women's Creative Mindfulness: Courage

In this Women's Creative Mindfulness Session we will be living into the theme ‘Courage & Intuition’ and taking a gentle look at how we can step into the powerful nature of our own inner guidance and acknowledge the courage it takes to follow our intuition when there is so much that demands our attention and the needs of others.

I have created these sessions as ongoing soul nourishment sessions, a time to step out of your day-to-day responsibilities, productivity and stress, and be held for a time in a mindful space and creative process. Each session may include a breathing exercise, meditation, visualisation, group sharing and creativity – in which absolutely no prior artistic experience is necessary.
